PowerFest is a Free Event* Organized by PPCPilot.com.
We ask you to pre-register
so we can have a count for
planning the meals and activities for the
weekend.
We need to
know the following information:
1.
How many are participating -- all names please
2. When you will be arriving and departing
3. Where you will be staying - hotel, RV or camping, other
4. How many PPCs in your group
5. Do you want t-shirts? How many? Size? Long or short
sleeves?

Please -- just send us an email with the above information. Sorry we're not more sophisticated than this.
Last year's t-shirts were quite a hit -- everyone liked the soft
material and the charcoal color. Suzi's SO excited with the new T-shirts -- she can't
hardly wait to deliver them. This was the image on last year's
shirts.
We don't know the cost yet.
*The term "Free Event"
means that there is no cost to register to attend and participate in the
rally. Costs for hotel accommodations, meals and drinks and other
items sold by the hotel, and t-shirts, if you want a t-shirt, are the
participant's responsibility. This event is for entertainment
purposes only. PPCPilot.com, Bill or Suzi Vietti cannot be held
responsible for injury to pilots or participants in the PowerFest 2006
fly-in.
