RULES FOR PARTICIPATION:

Flying legally is HIGHLY recommended -- 
sport pilots, private pilots, or student pilots with current certificate suggested.
Highly encouraged! -- Fly using an aviation radio

No registration fee except at Waynoka.

We will ask for a voluntary donation for each airport after Waynoka 
(suggesting $10 per night of our stay).
